Dahlia E. Klein

Dahlia E. Klein was first admitted to practice law in the state of New York in 1998. In 2002 she was admitted to the Washington, DC Bar. Upon returning to Jamaica, she was called to the Bar in Jamaica in 2012. Mrs. Klein has more than 25 years of legal experience.
She is the founder of Klein & Associates, where she advises clients on family law, land and real estate matters, estates, estate planning, wills, and related legal issues.
Mrs. Klein’s practice is grounded in professionalism, discretion, and practical legal guidance. She works with clients in Jamaica and abroad, including members of the Jamaican Diaspora who require legal support for matters involving property, family, or estate issues in Jamaica.
Her approach emphasizes careful attention to detail, clear communication, and respect for the personal significance of each client’s matter.

Collene Bogle-Surf
Attorney-at-Law, Associate
Collene Bogle-Surf was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2025. Prior to being called to the Bar, Mrs. Bogle-Surf worked as a Paralegal Officer for over eight years. She garnered her legal experience from the Office of the Prime Minister’s Access to Information Unit, Geoland Title Limited, with Klein & Associates and other law firms in the parish of St. Ann.
Mrs. Bogle-Surf’s practice is also grounded in professionalism, honesty and integrity in advocating on behalf of our clients.
